I had a pedicure service and did a nail art on my toes.

And Adeline had her toes painting too. She wanted "Rainbow colours", she chose the colours by her own.

Floral skirt - blue roses with white base

This is another lovely cloth with blue roses. I sew a skirt with it, and added lace at the bottom. 

First I choose the suitable lace and lining, put together to see how it will look like when finish.

Sew the lace at the bottom of the skirt.

Done!

I got this fabric from the shop, I love the pink roses with black base.

I had added the lining inside the skirt, after sew 2 layers together, I have to insert the elastic band. 

This is to add a bow at the side, first make a ribbon, make both end wider than centre part. 

This is how the ribbon looks like.

Sew the ribbon to the right side of skirt, done !

Adeline drew a very sweet drawing yesterday. 

She said this is me! She drew mommy with a great big love face.... oh.. so sweet !

Adeline slept in brother's baby cot

Adeline had been sleeping with us, and sharing our king size bed since we move new house. I had prepared a single size mattress on the floor, but she never like to sleep there because she complains she is scared of monster, the door etc...

During the 4 days of taking care Aidan, he sleep in this baby cot in my room. When Aidan back to baby sitter, Adeline climbed into the baby cot and spend her night in it. I am happy for her to sleep in it, at least it is a good start for her to leave my bed. 

Glad that this cot is big enough to fit my 5 year old Adeline. LOL !

New year shopping - expensive pillows & quilt cover set

Last night went to Jusco Bukit Raja for a quick new year shopping, I did not buy any cloth, but I got the quilt cover set and a new pillow. 

Earlier I saw one AKEMI quilt cover set in Groupon which I like it very much, king size is Rm285, I almost bought it, luckily Daren told me to check it out from Jusco first. And last night I saw the exactly same thing in Jusco, but king size is out of stock, only queen size left, and the price is cheaper than Groupon. 

After choosing in the department, I did not get any from AKEMI, and I chose the below set from JEAN PERRY. (After discount RM249++)

 

I also got the feather pillow @ RM99++ (after discount). I always wanted a feather pillow, happy to get one now. (expensive pillow... but Daren got a more expensive one!) :)

Daren had been complaining his pillow is out of shape, so he got himself this ANTI-SNORE memory foam pillow @ RM111++. Hahaha...expensive pillow!
I think it really works on reducing snore! Last night I had a quieter night! :)

水痘 chicken pox

昨天家里有人出水痘！
前天小叔证实出水痘了，也去看了医生。
家里每个人都出过了，除了小叔的女友，Adeline 和Aidan！
Adeline我不担心，反正她五岁了，是时候出水痘了。
但是Aidan才两个月不到，太小了。

唯一能做的是，尽量逗留在我房里，没事别出去，就像做月时那样。
BB也是一直在房里。

看了好几个网站，都说BB出水痘会比小朋友来的轻，而且他们不会抓，也很好顾。
我的心有安一些，我只是担心BB会发烧。

Adeline应该是肯定会出的了，我想两个礼拜后，可能我就是post Adeline 出水痘的感言的。

连续照顾Aidan三天了，慢慢的比较上手了。
刚才我终于拍到了Aidan笑得照片，呵呵，好可爱！
刚才他喝完奶，心情特别好，不哭闹也不吵，一逗就笑了。
隐约还看到两边的小酒窝，原本我们都以为只有一边有酒窝。

Aidan现在有1个月又1星期大了，还是看不到有双眼皮的迹象，两颗眼睛单得十分厉害。
我们全家都是双眼皮，看姐姐Adeline的眼睛也是双眼皮。

风膜 Urticaria - 6

可以说我的风膜终于康复了！

今天睡醒，没有看到风膜的痕迹，虽然这边那边好像有一点痒痒的感觉，但是没有红点冒出来。

从12月28号开始出风膜，到今天总共有11天。

昨晚喝了第三次的高丽参（炖羊肉），然后接下来几天，再继续吃海龙海马清血丸，早晚各两粒。

希望风膜不要再复发。

我想今晚我要开始和DOM了，已经停好多天了。

但是我还是心怕怕，真的很怕又再看到红点点冒出来。

开始照顾Aidan

今天起Aunty回家三天，自从我生Aidan那天到昨天，aunty还没回过家呢。

所以呀，今天一早我就开始全全照顾Aidan了！ 

自满月到现在，我都还没有尝试过一整天照顾Aidan，现在开始了，我希望Aidan要乖乖的，不要一直哭闹。

刚在喂了奶，现在放Aidan在摇篮里睡了。

接下来我有得忙了!

Henna drawing for Adeline

Once Adeline saw a little friend of her has Henna drawing on both hands, it was very beautiful.
I guess she must be fascinated by the orange coloured pattern, because she did this by herself secretly when I was not a round.
And I found out this right before we going to Jusco for shopping.
(wanted to scold her, but did not want to spoil her mood... )

Today I gave her a real Henna drawing on her hand, she loves it.
(Of course, she did not have the patient to wait all the Henna dry thoroughly, and smear 30% of it ~)

Disney swiss roll

Adeline 特别喜欢这牌子的swiss roll，时常都要求我们买给她。
Adeline特别爱吃它的Strawberry口味。

其实我们大人是不大爱吃，因为比较甜，小孩才爱吃。

今天到中药店，意外地看到有blueberry, milk & coconut的口味，一口气就把全部都买一款。
（一盒ＲＭ３．８０）

不用说了，Adeline开心到不行！

I sew a two layers skirt with the fabric below in pink colour.
I had added lace on the first layer to make it look cuter.

2 different fabric to make the 2 layers, cut to size

Added lace on the first layer, the skirt should be look like this when finished
